The unit is a little tricky to setup if you wing it, but once I followed step-by-step with the manual, it was a breeze. I used the RS232-IP module to connect the wifi first and configure the serial connection (WiFi Client). When I went to discover, I found both the internal wifi card and the RS232-IP module. If you use the PA66-WiFi app first to configure the internal, then this (Control) app it works perfectly every time and actually has a quick response time.
Hardly works 2020 edit: Im still using the app because I spent 1100 on the amp. App is still hot garbage. I have to rediscouver the amp at least everyday. From both my iPad and phone. The app frequently becomes unresponsive when using. As a control for a not cheap piece of equipment I am wildly disappointed
